LL.B (3 years)
Full-time programme after graduation: six semesters (two semesters per year). The LL.B. degree is awarded by the University of Mumbai on successful completion.
B.A. LL.B (5 years, integrated)
Full-time programme after Class 12: ten semesters (two semesters per year). The first four semesters are pre-law semesters.
The University of Mumbai implemented CBCS (Choice Based Credit System) 75:25 from the A.Y. 2022-23.
Eligibility
- H.S.C. or equivalent, or Degree examinations (in the pattern of 10+2+3) from any stream, as applicable to the programme.
- Required score in the MH-CET (Law).
- The prescribed percentage of marks is relaxed by 5% / 3% for candidates of the reserved categories as per CET/DTE norms.
- Enrolment to the roll of Advocates is subject to the approval and rules of the Bar Council of India.
