- All CET documents (application form, CET score card, college option form, allotment letter, CET hall ticket)

- Caste validity certificate (if applicable)
- Non-creamy layer certificate (if applicable)
- Gap certificate (if applicable)
- Name change (Gazette copy only)
- University pre-enrolment registration form
